E-health implementation project manager

If you have a passion for healthcare, love a challenge and want to help build a promising E-health company, then we are looking for you as our new project manager.

Sherpa is an ehealth company, revolutionizing the way neurological diseases are monitored at home. Using the latest technology and our advanced algorithms, doctors and nurses use our platform to monitor patients at home and provide the best treatment.
We are growing rapidly and our solution is increasingly being used in various hospitals, rehabilitation centers and MS clinics. As a project leader, you will help our customers implement and use the solution. You are actively involved, enthusiastic and take on every challenge to make a real impact.

We are ready for the next step. Will you join us?
Sherpa has a now proven solution for objectively measuring symptoms in MS. With this, we offer both the patient and his treatment team reliable insights to choose the right treatment. The number of users is growing rapidly, we are active in several countries and we continue to work on product improvements. In addition, we continue to conduct scientific research into the effects of our solution.
The Sherpa team is diverse, professional and has great ambition to make a real impact on people's health. Together, we continue to build on the success of our organization every day.
For this role, we are looking for someone who does not shy away from challenges, gets things done and knows how to navigate a hospital.

What will you do?
You have an affinity for digital solutions and an interest in healthcare will help you increase the success of Sherpa and our clients. In this role you will work closely with our clients in hospitals. From the first contact you will build a lasting relationship and take initiative to successfully implement Sherpa.

You will support our clients with the preparation, training, implementation and improvement of MS sherpa. You think along in approaching new partners in the MS care field. You identify and analyze opportunities to optimize the success of our customers and support them in improving the (digital) MS care pathway. Your goal is to optimally guide both existing and new customers in the use of home monitoring.

Step by step
We are ambitious and our first priority is to support our existing and future customers as best we can. Therefore, you will first be trained on all product specifications, regulations and market knowledge. Within our team there are many different areas of expertise and there is also a lot of knowledge and experience available from our customers.

With scaling up in the short term, much needs to be done in terms of implementation, processes and hands-on support. A solid foundation is in place; it is up to you to build and shape it.

With your expertise and experience in practice, you will adapt our implementation tools where necessary, and create positive support for the use of our solution in clinical practice. In addition, you will delve into the care pathway and work with our users to continuously improve it.

Together on the road to success
Sherpa is an ambitious and highly dedicated company. We have a small team of highly skilled professionals from diverse backgrounds. Our team includes scientists, developers and people with medical backgrounds. We have strong relationships with our external collaboration partners.

What do you bring?
First, we think it's very important that you fit in well with our team. For this role we are looking for someone with lots of energy, good social skills and a real go-getter.
In addition, you are able to analyze complex issues quickly and be hands-on in your way of working. Even though you already have the necessary experience, you never stop learning. In addition, you are experienced in working in a team and do not hesitate to take initiative.

You have:
● Experience in project management and creating success with clients

Communicative and a great teammate
Handy with different tools because we work completely digitally
Hands on, digital working and pragmatic
