Sherpa is looking for a project manager

We are looking for a project manager to support the onboarding and engagement of our growing community of MS sherpa customers. Sherpa is an e-health company and is revolutionizing the way neurological diseases are monitored and treated. Doctors and nurses use our platform to support patients with personalized treatment based on real-world data and individual goals. Every day our dedicated team is working hard to improve MS sherpa, a home-monitoring solution for persons with multiple sclerosis (MS). Our solution is already available and used by > 500 persons with MS over different clinics.

We constantly improve our product and user experience, in order to make monitoring and using the data as easy and impactful as possible. Our ambition is key and we are looking forward to meet a customer focused expert with healthcare experience.

With our footprint in some top tier MS centers, we are growing fast to scale our solution (international) to other clinics. We now need an enthusiastic specialist to support our customers (patients and clinicians). You will signal and analyze chances to improve the success of our customers and hands-on support the long term engagement and implementation of our solution. We look for a person who is not afraid of a challenge, will get things done and knows how to navigate in a hospital.

What are your accountabilities in this role?

Your affinity with digital solutions and your experience in healthcare helps you to drive the success of MS sherpa and our customers. In this role you will work closely together with our customers from start to long term engagement. During this journey you support customers with onboarding, implementation and improvement of our solution to create impact by adoption of the digital transformation.

Here, you will involve all stakeholders and support with advice and feedback to make sure our solution really has a meaningful impact.

First things first, where to start?

We are ambitious and have great ideas. However, our first priority is to gain access within our existing and upcoming customers. Therefore, you will get up-to-date on all product specs, regulatory and market knowledge. We already monitor the feedback of our customers and are launching new product functionalities constantly. With the short-term scale up there is a lot to be done in terms of onboarding, processes and hands-on support.

With your expertise you will set up an onboarding process for MS centers , create the necessary implementation tools and create positive support for using our solution in clinical practice. Your goal is to engage with at least five MS centers within the first year and expand your success to other upcoming clients (Germany and other countries).

Job Requirements

You also have the ability to quickly analyze complex issues and be hands-on in your way of working. Although you already have the necessary experience, you never stop learning. You are also experienced in working in a team and you do not hesitate to take initiative.
